Dr. Treinen is a Level I Accredited Workman’s Compensation Provider in Cortez CO, and will accept patients who are authorized to receive care for work-related injuries. People who have been injured at work and wish to utilize workman’s compensation insurance benefits to pay for treatment and/or disability MUST get authorization from their employer, or designated provider, prior to treatment for services to be covered.
